Yeah, a screen shot will get this answered more than anything else.

Is mail.app doing anything else funny? Are there any other changes to your folders and their appearance? Have you changed any settings recently?

Definately no changes and mail seems to be acting fine otherwise. I will try and get a screen shot.

Problems deleting emails in Mac

We recently bought a Mac and I"m having the hardest time deciphering how to use Mac Mail. I can't delete some messages - they go grey and won't let me delete them. Some are an orangey=brown colour, some I click on the subject and the email is completely empty.

I can't find any instructions on Mac as to what any of this means and am getting extremely frustrated. Am so busy, and in the meantime, the emails just keep piling up and up there...

Is there some sort of tutorial that explains how to delete and manage these emails? The video I found on the Mac homepage just shows you basic other stuff, but doesn't mention anything about what all these other features are and how to deal with them. Extremely frustrating.

Thanks so much for any help. Alex. You can reply to me at: alexjamsjazz@earthlink.net
