iPhone In Mywi does it affect my billing on my data usage?

So I was contemplating on buying Mywi in bigboss repo I think? I'm only worried if I use that app it would affect my data usage? Like does it have any ninja capabilities not to show this usage on my bill next month or hide my usage from my carrier? Cuz sometimes I'm out with my friends doing our projects and sometimes there's no internet connection nearby where we can connect our laptops to wifi. For example, I used my Iphone 4 to connect my laptop to wifi using that app would it affect my data usage? Would it show on my billing next month? Sorry I'm kinda of curious on this app for a while now? Is there any other alternatives for this app? Like for free or much cheaper than this one? It's like $20 in cydia.

all it does it allow internet tethering without paying an additional cost to the carrier

I'm not quite sure what you mean but I don't think there's any app/tweak/program (for any OS) out there that can hide the fact you're using data from the carrier

One more thing, how bout Personal Hotspot that says on my Iphone? It's better using that one or Mywi? Cuz I don't wanna pay like a hundred bucks or more just for my data.

Some carriers have a monthly charge just for tethering, in addition to the data charge. MyWi supports tethering w/o the need for the carrier to enable on your account.

You pay for data, unless you are on an unlimited data plan, whether it is through the iDevice or a tethered device. Got it?

How much data do you have per month on your iphone data plan?
If its 2GB for example then you will use/subtract data when tethering from that amount for example.
Tetherme is only $5, you have that option for tethering also.
