In need of case for use with iphone 4s & XtremeMac Duo Charging Dock

Anyone have any success finding a case to work with the XtremeMac InCharge Duo for iPad, iPhone and iPod?

I have a Lifeproof case I'm using with my iPhone 4s but don't want to have to be tied to using the dock extender. I also frequently use a pair of v-moda earbuds that will not plug in the LifeProof case without the adapter.

Any help finding a well constructed, protective case, that is dock friendly and earbud friendly is very much appreciated.
