In need of laptop assistance

Hello everyone

i am in need of a new laptop. I am currently using a macbook pro that I got in the summer of 2013. It is not doing to well although it is mostly functional. I planned on getting a new macbook pro but it is confusing to get a consensus on as to if the new model is worth buying.

I do use photoshop and do video editing - any suggestion/information would be greatly appreciated.

what's not doing well about your 2013? out of ssd space? too slow for the photoshop and video editing you do? screen too small (ie if you have a 13")

would help answer your question of which mbp to get be it 2015 vs 2016 or 13 vs 15 or to emphasize processor speed vs ssd size

Yes... I suspect that you have a MBP 13, perhaps even one with a core2duo. The late 2013 15 inch MBP wouldn't have these issues. What kind of video editing are you doing? Photoshop is really not that hard on these machines unless you expect things to be done instantly. Tell us what you have and what you are doing more clearly.
