For my business I'm in need of a USB dock with 10-16 ports. They need to be data, not just power. And each one needs to be able to push full power to the accessory as if it were plugged directly into my M1 Pro MacBook Pro. This is for client data so I need extreme reliability and I'm willing to pay for it. Long lasting and able to bear an extreme workload. 3.0 speeds are a must but I'll take either USB A or C. I assume it will be externally powered. I don't need any other type of port. Hope to hear some solutions, thank you!

Most of the reliable consumer-level brands don't make anything with that many ports. I see a few off-brand hubs on Amazon but I'd wager they're not very good.

So…it's likely a professional level device is what you'll end up with (the UK company Cambionix comes to mind). I'll be interested to see if anyone here has actual experience with a device with those specs.

That's my concern with consumer level options. I see them on Amazon but I just get a bad feeling in my gut. I'm looking for seriously reliable equipment. I'll look up Cambionix, thanks! I welcome any other input!
