Has anyone run across an accessory that would work for in-office conference calling? Ideally, it would be a drop-in holder that would supplement the iPhone with speakers and microphone (and maybe even extend antenna by placing metal at appropriate locations?). Maybe it would have to be bluetooth to facilitate both mic and speakers, but a drop-in would still be nice to keep the power on... The mic should be of room quality pickup as found in hardwired conference call devices, etc. We use our iPhones around the office for almost everything now, but conference calling is still an issue.

Ip47br

The closest I've found so far is the iHome IP47BR. Its not bad, but in reading reviews it appears to have some problems consistently working properly (ie, airplane mode issue). Event this device is more home oriented, I would like to see something with larger dialing buttons up-front, etc.
