In Photos, People & Pets: I used to be able to drag and drop images beyond boundaries.

That doesn't work for me since Sequoia. Instead I have to drag and drop the photo to the top of the displayed photos, then manually scroll then repeat until where I want it dropped.
Is it just me or are there others? - Any thoughts?

I'm running Sequoia 15.4 on Apple M1 Max with 32 GB
Photos has 26,207 images & 829 videos, with 253 "items" in People & Pets
