Hi, my app went into review 12 hours ago now... And now it's nearly 9 PM in California (where I assume the reviews are done.)

Just kind of curious, how late at night has anyone had their app approved (or rejected?)

What's the longest anyone has had their app be "in review" for? (I was under the impression that once an app went into review, it meant it'd be done with the review by the end of that day.)

Edit: And now it's been in review for 24 hours and it's the weekend... What are the odds of it coming out of review this weekend?

Edit 2: 52 hours and counting... It's now Sunday afternoon...

I've never had an app in review for more than overnight! Try contacting Apple, or just sit tight.

I have however had some apps go into 'In Review' and 'Ready for Sale' within 5 minutes, so it's possible something weird such as that is happening.

Could also be that it's not a business day!

It's now been 3 days and 4 hours and still no word of approval or rejection... I'm thinking I'll send them an email in a few hours if I've still not heard from them.

I sent an email last night and got what appears to be an automatic response last night that it was still In Review. Gee, thanks Apple. That's $100/year service for you. It has now been "In Review" for 4 days and 9 hours. I'm beginning to think I'll just developer reject 1.1 and send in 1.2 for review within the next two weeks (I'd like to get it to Apple quicker than that so as to have it on the App Store for the launch of the iPhone 4S, but I don't think I'm going to be able to get all the features in that I want that quickly...)
