In search of a decent case with exposed micro-SIM slot

So not to jailbreak my iPhone, I picked up a USBConnect Velocity and will swap out my Micro-SIM card whenever I need to get on the internet with my MacBook.

Most of the cases I've found, whether on case manufacturers or eBay, seem to cover the right-side where the Micro-SIM slot is located.

To access this side often might wear out the case, as well as take extra time to get the Micro-SIM card in and out.

Does anyone have good links to cases that have that slot exposed?

The vapor case by Element leaves the sim card slot exposed, but with all the reception issues, not sure youd want that one.
