In Search of an FLV Encoder

Hey guys!
I am searching desperately for an app that can convert FLV files to MPEGs, MOV, or AVI files. Which ever. Something similar to Riva FLV Encoder 2.0 that is compatible with Macs. Anyone know of an app like this?
