In-Store Availability and Trade In Questions

Anyone bought a 13" Pro lately in their local Apple Store? My local store has, depending on time of day, said it's either available for pick up that day, available for pick up tomorrow, or not available at all. (And this applies to all the models it seems, Pro and Air.) Not sure if it's a glitch or due to a limited amount of people being allowed in the store right now or what. Has anyone bought one online for in-store pick up in the past week or so?

Also, does anyone know if they are doing in-store trade ins right now? I've got a 2018 Air that I plan to trade in and I'd prefer to do it in-person versus mailing it in.

As some of this can potentially vary by store (given Apple has closed some back down in certain areas), the best answer is likely obtained by calling your store and asking them.
