In-store Band Swap Possible according to training doc

So I saw this article elsewhere (something about my 9 to 5) and while I don't care about returning an Edition watch, I found the note that "band swap" was not possible to be interesting. It seems to imply that band swaps COULD be available for other watches.

Yeah, good call on the other model guides. I submitted a 'tip' to MacRumors so maybe they'll investigate and unearth these docs. I certainly have no such connections!

Back of house jobs, often referred to as BOH jobs are the behind the scenes jobs in restaurants and retail. Although these positions are more elusive to the public, they are certainly no less important than other positions.

I agree, it's not irrefutable evidence but he's right in that it could imply something to the country of a different guide, such as for the SS or Sport.

I, though also, agree to doubt they'll allow something like that since it seems very hard to manage logistically.

The only problem with the loop is using with a laptop... my leather loop and sports band were ordered late so they wont be available for at least 2 weeks after i guess the watch Friday.

Hopefully i can pick a band up in store this week and cancel the online order, wishful thinking probably...

To make it outrightly clear that there is no band swaps. It's obviously a common answer and they want to make it clear to staff it's a policy to not allow it..

Just had a conversation with someone I know that works at an Apple Store. She said that band swaps will be possible but online only. Meaning, if you want a different colored band, they send you one from online and you ship back your band. Very interesting...
