Went to the Apple store @ The Mall at Green in Wellington, FL today. They had around 40 or so iPhone 4's in stock to sell to walk in customers. I had been on a waiting list at the Palm Beach Gardens store for almost 2 weeks and had not heard anything when I walked into the store and bought an iPhone!!!!

Maybe Apple is increasing their inventories b/c this is the first store that I have heard of that had iPhone 4's in stock to sell to people not on the reserve list.
