In-store Pick Up for Payment in Full (iPhone X)

If I pay the full price at once during pre-orders, can I still select In-Store Pick Up and pick it up in stores on November 3rd?

Local store employee they are cheat too ... sometime shipment arrives 5-10 iphone and they got first and they say no stock ....
