The iPhone 6 is launching this friday in Switzerland and for the first time Apple is offering in-store pickups here, I already reserved an iPhone and now I was wondering how it's going to work...

Can I just walk past the waiting line and enter the store?

I think they may have two lines, reservations and non reservations.

So you have to wait even if you reserved one?

Depends on how many show up.

If you show up before the store opens. Yes.
If you show up a few hours after, the wait will be none, to minimal depending on how crowded your local stores are. Either way, it will be reduced.

AFAIK. There were two lines at the Mall I was in (U.S), a line that people missed the preorder and decided to stand in line for long hours, and there is a line for the RSVP, which is the in-store pick up (if you had that option when you pre-ordered it).

There will be some lines on the reservation lines but you are 100% guaranteed to get your phone.
