I have to pick up my iPhone tomorrow but my friend has an appointment an hour later.

since we going to mall together will they let us both pick it up at the same time.
Technically he is the owner of the account so I think he has to pick up both anyway.

History is yes and no. No can't come in with you. Lets say you have an 8:00am time slot. They line up the 8:00's first once all the 8:00's are done then they will let him in if he is a 9:00 even if its not 9:00. If he is a 10:00 he will have to wait for all the 9:00's to go in. Hope that helps.

Typically Apple is pretty picky about not letting people come before their appointment time. If it’s not busy and you show up 15 minutes early they’ll probably let you in, but an hour is pushing it and they will likely just tell your friend to come back at his scheduled time. It certainly doesn’t hurt to ask though and if it’s not busy you might get lucky.

It’s also worth noting that while you can’t go before your scheduled appointment you can go any time after the appointment. So if it’s important for you and your friend to go at the same time, then the safer option is to wait an hour and then both go at your friend’s appointment time.

It’s just weird to me that he is listed as pick up contact cause he is the carrier holder.
So it’s silly he has to wait an hour to get another phone. But you are right. Doesn’t hurt to ask.
