In store pickup/purchase in Germany?

so I live in Berlin and would like to try and get an iPhone 7 plus in the near future. When I got my 6s plus last year, I just logged into apple.de around midnight and secured s phone for pickup the next day. Was better than having to go into the store and randomly ask if they had stock.

I can't seem to find a way to do that this year. Is there any way to do such a thing or a time I should be checking stock everyday to see if I can order a phone for local pickup?

You can go to apple.com/de then iPhone 7 and buy. Then right before you select a model there's a blue link on top of the website "make a reservation".

I live in Berlin too, and they never have plus models ready for reservations on though..
