My buddy has a Verizon business account and he tried to go in the store and preorder. They told him they couldn't do it and he had to call a special number. Not sure if it'll be the same for u, but I just figured I'd share his experience.

Thanks. was he preordering it like paying ahead or verizon just holding it (which then means its a reservation)?
