In the market for a Macbook pro.

Hi to all, I am new to apple however not new to their Iphones, always had an iphone and always used that platform. I am looking to change from my windows machine to apple product. I used to game a lot however I don't anymore which brings me to my questions. I have an Asus 27" monitor that runs at 144hz, I am looking at macbooks and I would like to find out if they can support my monitor at 144hz. I am also looking for best bang for the buck macbook does not need to be the new one but be powerful enough to last me a few years without upgrading it. I am only interested in the 13" macbook pro's. Please advise me on which one would be the best fit for me and if its cable of supporting 144hz. I would use it as my desktop machine and on the go. Thank you very much for any help.
