Inactive RAM?

iStat shows I have 919 MB of inactive RAM, what does that mean? what is using it? Safari is using a lot of processing power today and is running slow...

safari will sometimes eat up 100% cpu useage, you can try quiting and going back in, or use "reset safari" and clear your cookies
