iNav's for iphone 3Gs with 4.0.01

:)I searched this, although I am new to the forums so I may have done it wrong.

Does anyone know of any iNavs ( I guess through Cydia ), that work on the 4.0 OS on iphone? My bf has found plenty that are for up to 3.03, but none for the 4.0 . Any ideas? :)
