I had the same issue, but it seems that the site is very slow right now, but just click on macbook 17 and just wait 20-25 seconds to load

Incase actually had another 50% off code today, but I think it expired a few minutes ago. Their site was hammered (again) due to the sale, but if you provide your email at this link http://goincase.us4.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=e2963586e174604421329106f&id=756031552b, they will provide a code by Monday afternoon that is good until 12/20.
Not sure why the other guy posted in here, probably did a search and did not check the date.
