iNcase Hardshell for 07-08 MBP, any increase in Temp?

Been thinking of getting one of these for me Pre08 MBP. My only worry is how it affects the temp of the MBP. My MBP is plugged in most of the time, which means it runs at Full Performance most of the time, and when using VLC, LR or CS3, the temps run hot, up to 78 degrees when encoding using VLC.

I'd love to get this for my MBP but not in the expense of having increased temps. Any help on this is greatly appreciated

I have a black one and it wont increase your temps by that much (one or two degree maybe). I have it in clamshell mode and I average around 50-55 C idle. While gaming my gpu temps is around 80-85 C

On another note, i am about to return 2 because i can't open the screen much past 90 degrees with them on.

Have you owners had any trouble with that?

I am able to open my screen pass 90 degrees easily.

No. Here is about how far I can get it without press it too hard.
