InCase snap case cracking

I have had to have them replace 2 times for cracking.I dont get it is it a design flaw or is it just a bad batch?has anyone else had this issue?

My case has got a large crack I don't think it's as durable as the phone itself.

Yeah I give up with incase.They're a good company but the snap cases are just not what I expected.Paid 34.95 for it in the apple store.Im thinking of just going bumper screen protector
