well im planning to get a macbook pro when it updates (hopefully sept 9) for college and i was thinking of getting a hardshell case or a sleeve
heres my dilemma

w/ the Incase/Spek i can just pop in and out of my backpack and not have to worry about the sleeve

however one thing im afraid of is when dust, crumbs, w/e is in my backpack will creep through the cracks of the case and will get stuck and start scratching the actual macbook.

your thoughts or suggestion?
thanks

oh and are the hardshell case almost "drop" proof?
ie if i were to drop the macbook from waist level, would it crack the case and keep the macbook safe?

Me too...

What about InvisibleShield and use a soft slip case? I think Vaja makes leather cases as well.

I would also like to hear from those with experience...
