What do you think is a better bet?

One of these Incases (still unsure difference between the two):

http://www.amazon.com/Incase-Neopre...1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1300992253&sr=1-1

Or this Hard Candy:

I just want protection during travel from home to office, etc. I like to use my iPad naked. But also want to be sure the smart cover fits in the sleeve / case I end up buying.

Thanks

I recently returned the Hard Candy Black case. I think it's a good case, but the one I received, the interior was worn and black seeped through the orange, the effect felt used as in not a new product. I think it offers solid support but I found it to be cumbersome, and bulky as in not a tight fit that I personally sought. I think it offers good protection, it's heavy and at $50 too much. I was lucky enough that it had dropped to $29.99 when i snagged it. My smart cover pushed the case out some as well as the rubber corners. Far from a piece of crap, it's just weird in a sense, from what I personally want from a case, which is design, form, protection and function.
Protection - B
Design - B
Form - C
Function B-

Hope that helps

that helps for sure. what do you use now?

I am currently naked with an orange smart cover. I have an order into Portenzo for a notebook.

I have my old Incase laptop case that I am carrying the iPad in. While using on set - I used the Otterbox Latch/Defender with ipad 1 (company's ipad), obviously which is essential for drops and bang arounds on set. Just waiting for the new Defender to release then will have that as well, I think the latch or it appears work with both Defenders but no official word from Otterbox yet.

I am currently using the black Leather smart cover. What I'm hoping is that someone makes a case that protects the back (like a Power Support Air Jacket) but works with the smart cover. That would be awesome.
