Incipio Feather or Case Mate Barely There - would either fit with body shield?

So was looking for a slim minimalistic designed case for my iPad and I've brawled it down to 2, though I want to leave my back body skin/shield on my device.

Does anybody know if this Incipio Feather or Case-Mate Barely There would work with a body skin on the back? Would it be to tight to fit?
