Incipio Lexington - still need a screen protector?

My wife and I just bought our first IPADS. I also ordered a couple Incipio Lexington cases that are not here yet but I did get my shipping notice yesterday. Will i need a screen protector also? I would like to not ever scratch my IPAD and it looks like the lexingtons will offer good protection overall but I dont' want a scratched screen-ever. I also want the best clarity in a screen protector. Please advise if we need screen protecters with these cases and if so which one is best for the new IPAD?

I also ordered the Lexington and am going without a screen protector. I've used my iPad 2 with and without a screen protector and definitely prefer it without.

I used this exact style of folio case with my first gen and when I sold it last month the iPad looked like it just came out of the original box. Brand new looking.

Don't waste your money

Especially with a retina display!
