Incipio OFFGRID problem with iphone 4s

This case has a serious problem. When you call someone the person you are calling hears his own voice.Does anyone have this problem?

I've had my offGRID since Monday and no one has said that to me yet. Mine seems to work quite well. We'll see if that changes as time goes on.

I got my offgrid today and it gets extremely hot in the left corner behind the power button (when charging phone). I dont think this is normal. Theres even a slight smell of burning plastic. it also noticeably heats up my iphone in the area that has contact with that part of the case. I just emailed incipio about it, im hoping they tell me this isnt normal and send a replacement.
