yes, each iPhone 6 comes with iOS 8 preinstalled, with EarPods, lightning to USB cable, and the 5w USB power adapter.

Yes, they are. Says so on Apple's store when you look at the iPhone 6, further down the page it says what's in the box and shows the same EarPods.
