Including Computer Audio with Screenshot Video Recordings

Is there a way to include computer audio when using the recording feature of Screenshot?

It's paid, but the free version would just do what you want.. There is also Soundflower, that's got issues on Mojave.

I tried screen recovering and adjusting volume (with feedback) checked and QUicktime failed as well.
