Incognito-new browser app

Incognito is an app without history in it. So what does that mean? if i use wi fi is it trackable by the wi fi host? I need to know as im back in town from college using dad's wi fi host. Can he track what i view in any way?

I think it only clears the history on your iphone.

However, if there is any records shown on your router or sniffer proxy, urls are still retained.
