Incoming call UI on Lock/Unlock Screen

For awhile now on iOS 13 and now into iOS 14 beta, I’ll get a phone call when my phone is locked and I get the accept/decline options. Also, when my phone is unlocked, I’ll get the slide to answer option. The functionality has been reversed. Anyone have this same issue? I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max, currently on the iOS 14 beta.

Sounds like something strange is happening on your device since you mentioned it was happening even in iOS 13. Might be something that even warrants a reinstall if something somewhat less disruptive (like resetting settings) doesn't help.
