I thought that when wearing your watch, all incoming call notifications were diverted to that watch. Currently when a call comes in, my iPhone, iPad, rmbp and watch all ring at the same time......which is annoying, comical and becoming a bit of a joke in the office.

Am I mistaken in how the watch works, or is this multiple notification normal?

I'm interested in an answer to this as I have the same issue, thankfully only at home mostly but I do take my iPad to the office , which will ring and it's on DND!

on the devices you don't want to ring / get text go-

ipad
For calls-
Settings + FaceTime & switch off Facetime.
For Text-
Settings + messages & switch off iMessage.

Mac Book Pro
spotlight search 'facetime'

Facetime + preferences

adjust settings to suit.

Cheers

That disables messaging completely though...

I have my iPad volume turned all the way down. This keeps it from making message noises. I haven't used DND at all.
