EDIT: Fixed for Skype. Still receiving incoming connections notice on iTunes, even though it's activated on Firewall.

Every time I open iTunes/Skype, I get a bunch of notices asking if I want to allow the application to allow incoming connections.

On iTunes I get a single notice asking if I want to allow incoming connections.
On Skype I get a bunch of them asking if I want to allow it to use confidential info stored in Skype in my keychain, as well as allowing incoming connections and access to my contacts.

This never used to happen before, and I checked in the Security and Privacy section, in Firewall, and both iTunes and Skype are enabled to allow incoming connections, according to firewall. I've also removed and added them again to see if it works, it doesn't.

And this is new, I've always had firewall on, this only started happening a few weeks ago, didn't play with the settings or anything.

Any help would be appreciated! :D
