Inconsistent/Slow Wifi speeds on PB3

Is anyone else experiencing wifi issues on iOS 10 Public Beta 3?

When on 9.3.4 I was consistently getting around 30 mbs now I'm getting really slow inconsistent results but no more than 17!

I have a 6s.
