Incorporate stills in a video

Hey, Im needing to incorporate still images throughout a music video, ive looked in imovie and idvd 08, though cannot find anything to assist. Am I missing something? Can someone offer some advice, and/or the program that will be able to do this!

Just insert your stills where you want them. either drag them in from Finder or from iMovie's media browser. If your music video is one continous clip, you will have to split it where you want the still pictures, unless you want picture in picture.
