Hey All. I have 2 questions.

1. I am using an iPhone 6 16GB, in settings > General > Usage it says that i have available space of 7.9GB but when i plug into iTunes, it says that I have 8.80 GB free space.

Any idea why its showing like this.

Is this because iTunes does not show application data such as cache space that is used up?

2. Does iPhone 6 slow down when storage is slow? I currently have about 6 GB left.

Will the phone slow down if I reach 1 or 2 GB free space?

Thanks for you feedback!

What the phone reports itself is generally the right number.

As far as performance, it shouldn't typically suffer with less free space, but often enough I noticed that it starts to at times when you are getting at least below 1 GB, although I often tried to keep it above 2 GB if possible.
