Incorrect login name on apps store update.

Help.
When I try to update my apps through the apps store the sign in window has an incorrect address.
It is not the address that is in my iTunes account.
This is on my 2G touch, how can I change this?
When I scroll to the bottom of the Apps pages it shows the correct account name, it just won't give it to me on the password request window for log-in.

If you go settings on your iphone, then click App Store. You should be able to sign out and start again with the correct email.

Oops, I spoke to soon.
I tried doing the log out and log in in settings as well as Itunes and the apps store and it still shows a friends hotmail address for the itunes login passord box.
It shows the correct address everywhere else.
