Incorrect number of songs downloaded to phone?

In settings both of my phones show I have 95 songs stored but I have deleted all songs on my 4s and on the 4 it adds the 95 to the number I really have downloaded. Anyone else have this issue?

Dunno if it is sorta the same problem. But when i transfer song album to my iphone 4s from itunes (10.6 win7 64bit). If i'm transfering an album and trying to transfer another while the last one is still transfering, it will cut off the first transfering. So have to do one transfer at a time:| and not like before, where it would just stack it in a que for transfer
