Incorrect SMS timestamps

Anybody else have this problem? All my SMS messages are having timestamps of 5.5 hrs behind the current time. Anybody knows of a fix?

I'm using the Iphone 4 with 4.2.1. The phone is factory unlocked and has been tampered with i.e. jailbroken or modded.

My call log timestamps are also incorrect.

I meant never tampered with.
