iPhone 11 Pro Incorrect storage reading?

Hi guys. New to the 11 pro max and i have a question about storage. So my settings tell me i have 64GB of storage with 54GB left. Sounds about right i guess but i just downloaded sysinfo app to use as a widget which provides me with storage information and battery % etc

It gives the correct battery % but tells me that my storage is 59.5GB with 48.9GB remaining?

What gives? Is this given me a wrong reading or what?

It could be the app. I use Status Lite on my iPhone 11 and reports exactly what iOS says.

Likely because what iOS considers as free space, the other app doesn't
