My iPhone 6 with iOS 9.0.1 appears to display the incorrect time. When I compare the time displayed there with the time registered by my iPad and Mac, the iPhone's time appears to be off (i.e. advanced) by about 30 seconds. The iPad and Mac appear to be be in-sync with each other. The clock function is set automatically in all devices.

Is there any way for the iPhone to display the same time as the Mac and iPad?

Probably not since your iPhone 6 is syncing with your carrier's time not Apple nor the internet.

Some have reported this being resolved when they updated to iOS 9.0.2.
