Increase alarm duration

Come back to iphone from android, and on android had a MP3 as my alarm tone and would play the whole file, however using the same one on the iphone, it only seems to play the first 10 or 20 seconds then goes back to the start, any way to make it play the whole file?

What are you using it for? Is it an actual notification alarm or someone calling you alarm?

That's odd, it should play the entire thing. I have the Bedtime Stories Ring sound that annoys the crap out of me. It goes through the entire thing then it replays. It's an annoying sound, I hate it. That's why I wake up.

Are you sure your sound is long? It will only play whatever the file goes up to then it repeats or snoozed or alarm stopped.
