Hi,
Switched from windows 10 to macOS this week and still learning.
Need help with this thing though: I would like the display overall - texts/menu/icons/tabs in safari etc to be a bit larger.
Is there a way to do it? I'm not talking about zooming in options but a permanent slight increase in objects being displayed..Somehow everything looks a tad smaller than my liking in my 21.5 inch iMac...

Thanks,
Ravi

You can go to the Displays setting in System Preferences and change the overall resolution and that would do what you want.

Thanks! I changed it to "looks like 1680X945" and its so much easier for me; But it also came with a warning that it might affect "performance"; Does it mean video playback resolution is affected or system response times? Any idea?

I can't be the only person who prefers icons and text to be slightly larger..if any other ways to do it, without affecting performance, will try that as well..

Not so much playing videos, but it may slow down screen redraws say when you move or open and close apps. You may not even notice it.
