I have a high res 15" MBP.
Especially when using dual monitors i lose my mouse quite a bit.
I have bad eyesight anyway, so that doesn't help.

I have made it bigger using accessibility settings, but when i do find it (and i am looking at it), it looks pixilated. Is there a way to increase its resolution as well as size (so no decrease in quality).

Thanks

PS: is there any "i'm here" button, that i can get, like on widows which will make the mouse obvious (windows has like a locator).

There's isn't a way to increase the cursor size without image degradation, I don't believe. The best thing you can do is try to find a point in the slider where it's magnifying by an even multiple of 25%. It'll look pixelated but square (as opposed to pixelated with the diagonal lines not looking even).
