Lately, I have been getting an increasing amount of spam delivered to my Gmail account which I have set-up on my iPhone. I logged into Gmail to look at my account settings, but I didn't really see any settings that I "should" change.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to stop this? I mean, I'm only sparingly receiving spam mail sent to my inbox. I usually receive one piece of spam mail once every 2-3 days. But it's still bothersome to receive it at all So any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Anything to prevent spam being sent to your Gmail account is going to be done on the Gmail end. There's not much, if anything, you can do on the iPhone for spam control.

Just leave the message in your inbox then go to GMail and report it as spam. Or set up specific filters with GMail.
