i use two Bluetooth 4.1 headsets in a 2011 MacBook Pro & in a 4,1>5,1 Mac Pro with an external 4,1 dongle.

The audio volume in the Mac Pro had always been too low in my opinion.

I recently found that opening Audio Prefs OUPUT and leaving it open on the Desktop allowed me to radically increase the Bluetooh Audio levels.

Hope this helps anyone with similar problems.

Hi, I already experienced this happening. For some unknown reason, the volume slider of Audio Prefs Output gets different from the Audio volume slider on the toolbar icon.
Your advice is solid and difficult for most people figure it out.

This is a good post for everybody to know!
