Increasing mouse sensitivity

I just got my iMac and I find that the mouse is not that sensitive to movement. I am using the Magic Mouse and have to move it a fair distance to go from one edge to another. I have adjusted the settings in system preferences but its still not enough.

Are there any decent apps that can speed things up?
