iPhone Increasing Transparency ParallaxenaBlur

I am using ParallaxenaBlur on my 4S with 7.0.4. There aren't any FPS drops since I use this tweak and that's great but, how can I increase the transparency of NC and CC?

Excuse me, why do you use that tweak if the 4S already has parallax and blur enabled by default?

If you don't use "Increase Contrast" under Settings-General-Accesibility, fps goes down. In default of this tweak; CC, NC and Safari's background isn't blurred; only transparent. This prevents fps drops. That's why I use it.
